Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
I was a little disappointed in this recipe considering all the rave reviews. Maybe I shouldn't have placed the chicken on top of some diced onions and sliced carrots, but even the quartered potatoes seemed undercooked after an hour at 400 degrees. I had half skinless thighs and half skinless breast meat - it just didn't get crispy enough without using the broiler to top it off.
