Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

So amazing! I replaced half the oil with applesauce and used half whole wheat flour and half AP flour. Really moist and tasty. I also added some allspice, a little ginger, and little nutmeg. I love these in the fall!! I used fresh pumpkin puree, but I am sure the canned stuff would be great as well

Bran Flax Muffins

Delicious! I love these muffins. I used ground up oats rather than oat bran. They only took 12 minutes to bake in my oven. They are super moist and I ate 4 in one sitting they were so good.

Lentil and Green Collard Soup

surprisingly delicious. don't overlook this recipe! it's really good with a little parmesan cheese. i used brown/green lentils and it was sooo good. i agree with a previous post that it freezes well. this makes me happy to be alive...seriously.

Linda's Lasagna

This is amazing!! One thing I did was cover it with foil while baking for 20 minutes and then uncover and bake until cheese bubbles and gets browned. This really makes a difference. But I don't think there's any way you could mess this recipe up. It was the best lasagna I have ever had!
