Quinoa and Black Beans

First time trying quinoa, it was awesome! I added fresh squeezed lime juice (to taste), next time I will try all fresh ~ without sauteing onions & garlic, maybe add tomato...the possibilities are endless!!

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2007
GREAT recipe. Just add the PB to taste, I ended up using half of the amount called for. Also, I doubled the recipe b/c I used all the udon noodles not just the amount called for. I served this with BBQ thai style chicken and made them into kabobs. It was fantastic. I served 6 hungry people with this and it was loved by ALL. It is easy too.

Barbequed Thai Style Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2007
This is AWESOME!! I doubled the recipe for the marinade just to make sure it was enough and I only marinaded it for 3 hours (it was all the time I had). I have a picky family and friends from the UK that I was worried that might not care for it. They RAVED aboout it!! Doing it again tonight. Janice B. Colorado
