Creamy Pasta Casserole

Reviewed: May 29, 2013
Simple and yummy. I had to do a bit more seasoning for my family's tastes though.

Beef Nacho Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2013
This recipe is a good starter recipe. I made this and took the advice of reviewers and subbed sour cream with a heaping tablespoon of mayo, that way it worked for my family. It wasn't bad. The next day however the flavors settled and it was a great dish! I also added refried beans on top which I think helped the dish out a lot. I will be making this again with my added changes.

Lemon Pound Cake III

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2012
I stuck mostly to the recipe with the addition of grated lime zest since I didn't have any lemons. This recipe is the consistency of cornbread and though the taste is ok, it's not as sweet as my well talked about Five Flavor pound cake. This cake is just ok and needs to be doctored up for me to take it anywhere for others to eat.

Ranch Bean Dip

One of the top recipes I tried on this site! All I need is to add ground beef and this is a replacement for nachos IMO.

Amarillo Cheese Fries

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2012
This is a good recipe! My fries didn't take long at all and they were that perfect soft/crunchy ratio you get in the restaurants. Thanks for a simple but tasty recipe!

Chicken Tetrazzini with a Twist

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2012
This recipe is very bland and my family didn't like it without the condiments piled on. It has the makings of a good recipe, but it is still missing something.

Chicken Breasts with Chipotle Green Onion Gravy

Good simple recipe. I didn't have chipotle seasoning, so I used adobe spice and cumin. I will be using this recipe often!

Meatball Sandwich Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2012
I liked it. It's much easier to just buy the frozen meatballs, but it was good and a change from some of my staples.

Spinach Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2012
I love this recipe!!! I made it with some fresh and frozen spinach because I wasn't sure I had enough. Talk about comfort food. I used about 1/3 cup of cheese and it was enough for me., but just as it is, it's perfect. Thank you for a new staple recipe in my home!

This recipe was good! My mom wanted the presence of more meat though, so we may use sausage crumbles next time. This recipe is a keeper!!!

Strawberry Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
This is such a good recipe!!!!! Very easy and versatile. I add graham flour (1/2 cup in place of 1/2 cup all purpose flour) wheat germ and oatmeal to give it an extra kick of whole grains. I also omit the extra sugar for the berries because it is sweet enough. Thanks for a great recipe.

Quinoa and Black Beans

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2011
This is a good recipe. I have made quinoa a couple times and was looking for a quick fix. Usually I made it mexican flavored, but this was a nice change. After tasting it at it's completed stage, I decided to add some ground beef, a little tomato sauce and 2 laughing cow cheese wedges and voila! a family meal instead of side dish. Great recipe!

Yummy recipe! I used fresh broccoli, put in a little garlic and voila! My house smelled like a stir fry place. So simple, but so good. Thanks!

This recipe is a keeper. I was so surprised by the flavor because I expected to taste mayo. I devoured the blueberry crisp I made and had to make another one shortly after. Thanks!!

Parmesan Asparagus

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2010
This was de-lish!!! I didn't read all the way through the directions and only baked my asparagus 6 mins, but they were thin so it was perfect. I had two bunch of asparagus and I blanched the rest, but I am thinking of taking them back out to make another batch of this. Thanks for the great recipe.

Sensational Strawberry Shortcake

This was so yummy!!! I didn't do a great job of following directions. I forgot to whip the eggs before putting them on the batter and had to pour it back into a bowl, but it still came out great! Thanks for a awesome recipe.

Candied Almonds

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2010
These are pretty tasty. But it should be noted in your directions the different stages the mixture will go through before the almonds become caramelize. (thanks kerimac) I took mine out to earlier and had to put them back in the pot. I have never made candy, so its not something I would know. But it was a very good recipe!
