Baked Pork Chops I

I thought this recipe was just going to be okay and was pleasantly surprised! I read some of the reviews and I agree, definetly make more sauce! I only had one can of Cream of Celery soup so I mixed that with Sherry and it turned out very good, we all wanted more sauce! My pork chops were very thick so baking 1 hour and then putting on the sauce worked out perfectly! Great recipe!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

This recipe was to die for!!! I wanted turkey breast and had a workout class after work...no time to put together the turkey breast. Then I dicovered this recipe. Fantastic! The turkey was moist and very flavorful and the gravy was great! I cooked it in the slow cooker for 8 hours and then had my work out class so I turned the cooker off. When I came home, I turned the broiler on and browned the skin which completed the turkey breast! Made some chutney to go with it ...yummy!

Grilled Chicken with Herbs

Very tasty...lots of flavor and moist! I used chicken tenders and was only able to marinate them for 2 hours and after grilling them, still found them with alot of flavor and not dried out like most grilled chicken becomes after grilling! Will save recipe for future chicken grilling!!!

Shrimp in Sherry Cream Sauce

Good recipe...after reading the reviews, I used cornstarch, didn't use the microwave but the stove and added the dried mushrooms and peas at the end. Great recipe ... I really liked the flavor the Sherry gave to the sauce.

Baked Chicken Nuggets

I needed to make something for lunch during a seminar so it had to be premade and kept cool until lunch time. I tried this recipe and it turned out great! I had to use the butter to coat the chicken as there were no eggs left in the house and it did not seem too fattening and tasted really good. Was please witht he flavor although I confused the amount of the Basil with the amount for the Thyme and it was really good. I would definitely recommend this recipe!!
