Easy Biscuit Mixture
True the name- EASY! Here's a couple of adjustments: we are a family of 4, who needs 10 cups worth of biscuits?! My awesome math made enough for my family- 2 cups flour, 1/8 tbs sugar, 1/8 C baking powder, a pinch of salt and 1/2 C butter (we live in San Diego... I don't even think SHORTENING is legal here :) Made about 6 big biscuits - YUM

Almond Chicken Casserole II
Add CURRY! I skipped the mayo and added 1/2 cup sour cream instead. I also added 2 carrots (shredded) and about 2 tablespoons curry powder. YUMMY!!!!

Italian Wedding Cookies III
Yum, just pulled these out of the oven, I tried "toasting" the nuts, perhaps my only mistake... easy to make 1/2 recipe, went lighter on the salt, but don't forgo to salt, it makes them even more tasty.
