Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

this recipe didnt work well for me. after i rolled them up, cut, and let rise just before baking they didnt rise at all. my husband liked them, they had a nice taste, but wasnt the best recipe i've used and the filling melted to the bottom of the pan.

French Bread

I just made the full recipe in our bread machine and it turned out well, although I would like the crust to be a bit more tough and chewy, but it is a nice bread, very soft on the inside. I brushed them with a yolk and water mixture and sprayed the oven with water several times. Will make again though I may add a bit more salt and sugar, my husband loved it.

Calzone

i made this last night and my husband LOVED it! he said it tasted like our pizza parlor's calzones back home. we stuffed it with mozz, pepperoni and ham. i also added some chopped garlic to the dough, which i made in our bread machine. some friends stopped by while we were having dinner and they ate the rest and loved it as well. we'll definately use this recipe often!
