Buttery Corn Bread
Added some creamed corn, increasing cooking time a few minutes. Got rave reviews, and I loved it too.

Taylor's Piroshki
Added some minced garlic and baked them instead of frying, but WOW! These were well received by everyone at the dinner party. Already have requests to make more.

Oatmeal Pancakes
We, too, added a dash of salt and replaced sugar with brown sugar, increasing to 1 Tbsp. Excellent, tasty, slightly chewy with the oats. Yum!
