Candy-Coated Milk Chocolate Pieces Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2006
I bake many cookies and I loved these. A perfect cookie is one thats slightly crisp on the end of a cookie and soft every where else. This cookie fit that criteria very well. Excellant texture and not to sweet.Loved them!!!!!!!!

Beat and Bake Orange Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2007
This cake is not a knock your socks off type. I gave it a 3 because of the average flavor. Had fun making it though. I did however make it into a bundt cake.

Southwestern Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2007
I enjoyed these very much and so did my family. I was in a hurry so I did not freeze these. I also "thinking they may need a little sauce combined 4 ounces of sour cream and 3 ounces of cream cheese to the mixture with a little of minced cilantro and a few dashes of Louisanna hot sauce and omitting the pepper. I made these into fried burritos. Loved them!!!!!!!!!

Peanut Butter Fudge Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2007
This cake is too SWEET!! It is moist and that is the only thing that I liked about it. It is very average in taste. Will not make again..Sorry I believe in being honest. I do believe that it would make a better layer cake than a sheet cake.

Cheater Pot Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2007
I loved this recipe and made some changes. I added a can of mushrooms and celery with a little onion. I also added about 3/4 teaspoon of dill weed. I also substitued sour cream for milk.I added cream of mushroom instead of the chicken soup.Fresh cut carrots and corn was also added.I made my own biscuits from a recipe I found on here called J.P. Big Daddy biscuits. That recipe for biscuits is flawless!!!!!!!!!

Melt In Your Mouth Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2007
The worst recipe I have tried on here. I only made one batch of them and threw the rest of the dough away. They tasted like play dough. I thought it would be interesting to try a peanut butter cookie without brown sugar. I was wrong and will stick with the ones made with brown sugar.
