This is a wonderful cookie recipe. Use real butter and add the cloves. My best friend, who is fussy about her cookies, thought these gingersnaps were the best she has tasted. Enjoy!

I didn't enjoy this receipe at all. I couldn't find any fresh cilantro so used some dried. That did not work because I could barely taste it (unlike comments from other reviewers. The other flavours just didn't work together for me. I wondered if lemon might work better than lime.

Holiday Cranberry Sauce

Try about 1 cup of sugar Then sweeten to taste. I used about 1 cup and it was fine. This receipe has great flavours. I didn't have any cheesecloth so I used a coffee filter tied with thread. I was a bit nervous but it held up fine.
