Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

This was yummy! My first time making fudge and it came out really creamy! I too followed the advice of the other reviews and adjusted the recipe to 3cups confectioners sugar 2 cups brown sugar and 1 cup of PB. I also followed the suggestion of starting the 2 minute count down AFTER the boil starts! Again the fudge came out great! We're PB lovers in my house so next time I may another 1/2c PB and see how it comes out!!!

Yellow Squash Casserole

Awesome dish! I just sauteed the squash and onions in little olive oil first with some minced garlic. For those reviews who thought the dish was bland...seasoning is key...as it is with all dishes. The whole family loved it...will definitely make it again.

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing

AWESOME!!!!! Everyone loved it. I will never buy blue dressing from the store again. I didn't have enough mayo though so I just added extra sour cream. DELICIOUS!!!!!

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

This is super quick and easy recipe! We loved it. I made this ahead of time for my family and instead of mixing the noodles with soup sauce, I mixed the soup mix right into the hambuger. My husband cooked the noodles when he got home and then mixed everything together. It was a big hit. Next time as others suggested, I will cut the cream cheese in half.

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon

Anything with blue cheese,spinach and bacon is bound to be delicious and this dish was! I chopped up a red onion and cooked it in some of the bacon grease and added it to the mixture as well. Others reviews thought the blue cheese was overpowering but we didn't think so at all, it was AWESOME! The only thing I would do differently next time is make some type of sauce to drizzle over it

Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Garlic and Bacon

This recipe was AWESOME!! Everyone loved it! I baked it in a pumpernickel bread bowl...DELICIOUS! The only thing I would change is the amount...I would probably triple the recipe if I was having a crowd over..I had 8 people over and it was gone in minutes!

Pan Fried Green Beans

I changed up this recipe and combined some of the ideas from the other reviews. I sauted onions and garlic in a little olive oil, then added the fresh greenbeans. When the green bean were just about done, I added a can of sliced carrots. It came out really good, everyone liked it. From reading the directions from the original recipeI could understand why pans were getting ruined.

Cheddar Chicken

This was very good I would definitely make again. However, I think I would marinade the chicken before coating them with the crumbs. I added alot of seasoning to the crumbs but it still was a little bland.

Asparagus Casserole

This came out great. My husband thought it was tasty too. As others suggested I steamed fresh asparagus and omitted the shrimp. Next time I make this this I am going to try it with green beans instead of asparagus.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

I have made this recipe several times..each time it is delicious! The only thing I wanted to change was the prep time...so I cut up the chicken and ham into bit size pieces and added the Swiss to the cream sauce...mixed chicken and ham into the sauce and poured over egg noodles...the same great taste but less work!
