to my surprise this was really good. it had a nice kick to it, with the dijon. like others, I reduced the amount of dijon. I used yogurt as suggested (some suggested sour cream instead) and it was great! will make again. thanks

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II

this was really good. I did use lemon juice from a bottle and doubled the liquid and then thickened it for a sauce to put over the chicken or pasta. will definitely make again! thanks.

this was a very good dish. although I did use cumin, coriander and a bit of curry. didn't have any yogurt, but I'm sure it would have topped it off perfectly. will make again!

Sandy's Chocolate Cake

I will never use a store bought cake or cake mix ever again! the best chocolate cake ever. quick and easy to make. next time I will add more chocolate for an even more chocolately taste. make it - you won't regret it!

Simple White Cake

I made cupcakes with this. they came out moist but I would have liked them "fluffier". I did add more milk. I will try it again though. I like the fact that there is no shortening used.

Stir Fried Kale

this was an excellent recipe. I had swiss chard in the fridge and used that instead of kale and used italian bread crumbs. this was full of flavour and delicious way of cooking greens. thanks!!

Three-Cheese Spaghetti Bake

this was an amazing dish. so easy to make with simple everyday items. used my mother's homemade italian sauce, ommited the romano cheese, and used some marscarpone cheese (leftover from another dish). just as good as any lasagna dish I've tasted. thanks Laura and Holden.

D'Amaretti Biscotti

these were amazing, my first time making biscotti and no one could keep their hands off them, they didn't even get a chance to harden (delicious anyway)! As suggested I used vanilla extract and filberts. thanks Rosina.
