Amazing. My 5 year old son looked and said "I don't like cooked broccoli" but I made him try a tiny piece. He ate all of the broccoli and then proclaimed that he wanted the same meal the next night because "IT IS SO GOOD AND I LOVE IT!" Thanks for the great recipe.

This dish was wonderful - so light, yet delicious. I used angel hair pasta b/c it's my favorite. There wasn't enough sauce to warrant using fettuccine pasta. I thought more of this recipe than my husband, but I think that is b/c it was a little too spicy for him. I did 1/2 pound bay scallops and 1/2 pound shrimp. And I added green onions in with the zucchini. I will definitely be making this again!

Okay. I am finally reviewing this. This guac is the most amazing guac I've ever had. I make it ALL the time. My husband LOVES it and gets excited when I make it. He loves to dip chips ... and I love it on my rice, beans, tofu! Oh baby! I honestly couldn't tell you how many times I've made this in the past 8 months, ever since finding it!

I LOVED these! Thank you so much. I was to bring dessert to non-vegan people and I was so happy with this:-} It's funny though, my nephew LOVES cupcakes and only licked the icing and took a little bite and said that the "bottom part did not taste good on my tongue". But, my son, who only ever licks icing off of cupcakes and never eats them ... he downed the WHOLE thing. But, my hubby and I think that my son is a vegetarian at heart:-} ADDING: BEWARE ... they do not keep long and will be disgusting! Best eaten fresh and no longer than 2 days. Or, maybe that was just the way I packaged them (air-tight tupperware container).

This is a wonderful recipe. My husband was going crazy when we first became vegan, so I found this recipe and made it (I, too, can not possibly use all the sugar the recipe calls for). My hubby loved it -- and, so did I!

I think this would have been better for me if I had used a better balsamic vinaigrette dressing? I didn't really like eating them cold, either. I gave 4 stars b/c I didn't realize how easy it was to cook asparagus perfectly! Next time I will blanch and then seal in bag with soy sauce, salt, pepper, parsley and then cook them a little in a dry pan.

Ab fab. I followed directions exactly and it was perfect and delicious! I served on angel hair with bay scallops and shrimp and ... garlic bread!

This is my favorite. I love it so much just the way it is - and it also works w/o wine if you don't have it around. Mmmmmm. Thank you for this one.
