Zucchini Pasta Bake

Very Good! I did not have all spices and used bread crumbs instead of crackers (didn't have those also) but even with my alterations, it was good. Will try next time with all ingredients!

Provincial Tomatoes

I layered thick slices of zuchinni, tomato and small eggplant from garden overflow. Topped with motz cheese and then the bread crumb/parmesan topping. baked at 350 for 20min. UMMY!!!!

Cream Cheese Brownies

Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

I used 1/2 cp. or so of wine, 1 lg. can tomatoes diced and drained, extra herbs and 2 pkgs. feta cheese. Also increased garlic and used about 2lbs shrimp, deveined, peeled, and tail-off (frozen). This was fantastic but made enough for atleast 4 people!!!!

Warm Mushroom Spread

This is GREAT! I made it twice during the Holidays for my family! Two things I did was to add cheddar to the mushroom mix and then again to the top. Also, I minced the mushrooms so it had a smoother consistance versus chunky.
