Swordfish a la Siciliana

Hauntingly delicious. I used swordfish chunks, canned diced tomatoes and chopped toasted walnuts (no pinenuts in the cabinet). I would consider adding a bit of crushed red pepper next time and doubling the sauce. Also, to soften raisins, microwave them about a minute in a bowl with a bit of water. Also, I soaked the fish in milk per another review. I'll put this on other fish or even chicken or pork too.

Broiled Lemon and Garlic Tiger Prawns

Quick, easy, delicious. Might marinate the shrimp a bit next time. Put it over spinach rice pilaf, side of steamed broccoli and cauliflower. A keeper. Thank you

Raw Hummus

I hate submitting negative reviews but no one should waste their precious time and money on this recipe. I followed the directions and did not care for the results. That raw bean taste is just overwhelming and never becomes that nutty velvety deliciousness I have come to know from other hummus recipes. Canned beans or cooked from dried beans produce a result far far superior to this.

Never Fail Biscuits

I am an accomplished bicuit maker thanks to this recipe. I cubed the cold butter and used my food processor to add it to the dry ingredients. I used the processor to add soy milk until it held together. Then, I folded and kneaded it a bit on my kitchen counter, rolled it out and scored the top before baking. These are the closest to KFC that I've tried and are a blessing to those of us allergic to yeast.

Kentucky Biscuits

This recipe has rescued me from the biscuit hell I have known my whole life. Finally delicious success! I used a small food processor to mix the dry ingredients and processed the cut cold butter in. I used soy milk with a little vinegar for homemade buttermilk. I kneaded them and rolled them out and cut them as directed. Next time maybe some brushed butter on the tops. Thanks.
