Coconut Cream Pie VI

This is a delicious dessert. For dramatic effect, I recommend toasting some shredded coconut and covering the whip cream on the top with it. Looks as good as it tastes!

Potato Casserole IV

This recipe can be "kicked up a notch" by sprinkling the top with Paprika and/or adding some garlic to the soup mixture. Without some seasoning, it can be somewhat bland.
