Kale was everywhere at the Farmer's Market today, so I picked up a bunch and tried this recipe.
I cooked the kale as directed, but the chips were still a bit limp and wet. I transferred the soggy chips to a baking rack, turned off the oven and placed the rack in the oven. After about 30 minutes (I had forgotten about them!), I returned to find the chips perfectly dry and crisp without being browned or burnt. They are great!
My 13 year old just came home and tried them and asked if I would make them again.
