Basic Cream Cheese Frosting

I made this exactly as the directions say. I used it to frost red velvet cupcakes. Once everything was blended, I let it sit in the fridge for about 10 min, then piped it onto the cupcakes. With a little red spray icing & some sugar sprinkles, they looked so pretty! I got rave reviews & several people asked for the frosting recipe.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Every Christmas I try different cookie recipes but none ever really stuck, until now! This will be part of my Christmas cookie list every year! Easy to make, bake beautifully, and smell & taste divine! The dough alone tastes good and you could easily use this as a base for any number of cookies. I used 2 tsp of vanilla in place of the brandy. This is supposed to yield 2 dozen cookies but you can adjust the size to get more or less. If you are making these to giveaway, definitely make a double or triple batch. I got a little more because the first sheet were kind of small but I am giving these away at work so I will need to make more. I used parchment paper because the dough seemed very thick & sticky. They baked up golden brown at 8 minutes. I didn't find them to be too sweet but for those that do, I believe it's the chips that do it. If you go exactly as the recipe calls, these cookies are loaded with chips & cranberries. So you can easily reduce the amount of chips & cranberries to cut down on the sweetness. I just used Craisins & they turned out great! So happy I found this recipe.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Delicious! I made it exactly as the recipe called for. Very easy to make & tastes like a pumpkin pie mousse. It makes a lot so it's great for parties.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Absolutely wonderful! I'm not a big cauliflower eater so finding a recipe that makes it tasty is great. I was low on parmesan cheese but had some asiago so I mixed it with the parmesan & it was great. I also added just a little bit of basil & oregano in with the cheese. I am going to try & making half cauliflower & half broccoli next time.
