World's Best Potato Salad
Great consistency and salad stays moist but definitely too sweet (and I usually prefer my drsg. sweet) I will make this again but reduce sugar to 1/4 cup. Plus the amt. of drsg. was more than enough. It could easily cover 3 lbs. of potatoes.

Butterscotch Blondies
Followed directions to the tee. I can't help but think the bars would've been better if crust only baked for HALF the amt. of time. The bottom was just too hard

Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
Very good, very easy. I let mine simmer for over 2 hrs, only to allow tomato chunks to break down. (Wish I had pureed them first as others suggested) I thought the sweetness was just right and family agreed. Served over frozen breaded veal patties w/ spaghetti.
