Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2009
I added white sugar, a half onion, white vinegar and salt and pepper. I also had to add more mayo and mustard to the mix because what it called for was not enough.

The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2009
Flat? I don't know what y'all are talking about because mine just stayed in the same shape and did not "melt" into a shape of a cookie at all. They were kinda dry ,and did not seems to cook evenly ,however they did smell REALLY good and filled my house with that great cookie aroma.

This recipe was VERY good! My family loved it and my step son said it was good eat'n! I followed the recipe exactly the way it called, however I did add carmel to the apples before I put the oats mixture on it.

Herbed Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
This recipe is very hearty and delicious! I added Mrs. Dash seasoning instead of rosemary and thyme. I also added hickory bacon salt and sausage to my potato soup that made the soup very tasty and giving it a hickory taste to it as well. Otherwise, with the exception of the few changes I made;I followed the recipe to the T and it turned out great!

Zucchini Bread V

mmmm... very delicious! I added allspice instead of clove and ginger. The allspice still gave it just enough clove taste making it a very nice touch to the bread.

This recipe is delious! I added a lot of salt, pepper, and Ol'bay because I found that it had a bit of a bland taste to it.At the end,it turned out to be a great recipe and very easy to make.

Very Quick and easy. I did not find it too sweet (used the reccomended BBQ sauce). I served it with a ceasar salad and a nice Chardonnay. Made for an nice evening.

Eggnog Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2006
I have to say that this recipe was very easy to make, the instructions leave nothing out. I halved the amount of rum extract & vanilla so that they would not overpower the pie. I have made 3 so far with plans to make another for the New year. Everyone has really enjoyed them.
