Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2009
These are absolutely fabulous! Pleanty of flavour, taste, kick, yummyness. I think Mrs RPM was using very old ingredients which had lost all their flavour, this certainly doesn't taste bland.

Quick Chicken with Asparagus and Provolone

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2009
This really is a quick and tasty meal. One thing I would say is when buying the provolone cheese always ask for the Piccante (sharp)type as the Dolce (mild)doesn't really have the flavour or the kick to add to this very tasty meal.

Karen's First Place Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2010
At last! A recipe that is actually hot. Well done Karen, I've spent years looking for recipes from all over the world that are hot and spicy and this is the first one. Normally they say it is hot and it is not and I end up just adding more spices/chilli's/curry masala etc. Highly recommended if you like the heat!

The Ultimate Chili

Reviewed: May 4, 2012
I don't know what the people did that state this dish has no kick? I think they have no tastebuds! I love my chilli hot and this certainly has a huge kick and plenty of flavour, very tasty indeed. I stuck to the recipe here and it was lovely, next day was even better. TIP. For those that found it had no kick. Throw out your old chili powder and buy some new chili powder - it can lose all its heat and flavour when stored for a month or more! D'uh! (Thanks Wendy this is a lovely recipe)

Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
Just wanted to say that this cooks absolutely brilliantly! Any comment about smoke I'm going to make a comment now that those people will not like but hey they started the smoke comments. CLEAN YOUR OVEN! Simple as that and as for comment re the flavour being "OK" or "Good flavour but nothing to write home about", well I'd recommend those people buying some fresh herbs and spices and not use the ones that have been sat in a cupboard for years! This is a very tasty well cooked bird with tons of flavour. PS. How did those people not cook it properly? (The ones who needed to cook their chicken for more time or in the microwave!) D'oh! I think you have done something incredibly wrong.

The World's Best Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
To make a moist Turkey place the butter under the breast skin, cover with bacon rashers and put either apples or onions in the cavity. This is a waste of champagne I think? Yes folks you DO need to slit the bags so the air can escape otherwise it'll blow up and go bang in the oven and if you use gas it will blow the flames out and gas the occupants of the house or even worse blow it up!

Why do people add pineapple? Make it as it is and it is fine. Trust me. Thanks Amy it is fine as it is.
