I am a caring person with a big heart and a good sense of humour. I'm easy to get along with, always have a smile on my face and fun to be with.Basically I am a great person to be around! I love to have fun and am always up for a good laugh - sometimes at my own expense. I believe that I'm a kind and caring person who has so much time, effort and support to give to the right person - just finding that right person has proven difficult. Basically, I am soulful, well rounded and with a sense of what it takes to be a true person. I do like a challenge.I love spending quality time with my friends, checking out new bands and comedians, having mad mini adventures, interesting conversations, thought provoking discussions and nonsensical gibberish ramblings [ usually over a pint] and laughing lots.
A few of my likes:-
* Summer days and nights in the outdoors.
* Being in touch with nature.
* Hilarious, dark humour that give me big belly-ache laughs.

My favorite things to cook

My favorite family cooking traditions
My father God bless him (RIP) used to cook Liver and onions with mashed potatoes and peas with a rich onion & mushroom gravy. It's the perfect feeling down, comfort food, good and wholesome. You must use OX liver though for the best flavour and keep the slices thick and don't over cook! If done right this is a meal you'll never forget. He also used to love tripe and onions cooked in milk but hey we're not all perfect are we? Lol!
My cooking triumphs
I think that would be cooking Christmas dinner for about 26 people around 12 years ago and being told it was the best most moist Turkey they had all ever eaten, prompting a quote from one of my peers of "I've been cooking Turkey every year for 20+ years and have never had a Turkey anywhere near as moist as this, what did you do?" I was very proud of myself I have to say.
My cooking tragedies
That will be trying to cook when drunk and I'd rather not talk about it! (I can smell the burning now![shudder])
