This cake is delicious! Instead of using baking cocoa, I had to use Perugina's Cocoa with Amaro scent. It lent the cake a deep richness and exquisite dark chocolate perfume to this cake! I found that I had to bake the cake about 10 minutes or so longer than the indicated time, but it could be my oven.. toothpick test your cake to see when it's ready. Also, it's practically impossible to get sour cream in Rome, so I used a plain yogurt substitute instead. It's delightful even with the substitute, and the only difference maybe that the yogurt makes it a little more moist, which I rather like! Perfect to pair with coffee.
