Make Ahead French Toast

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2014
Came out great and delicious, although I left out the nuts. Actually ended up using twice the amount of french bread than recommended as there was PLENTY of leftover egg mixture

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2014
Great flavor and moistness. Had to add a little extra flour to get the right consistency as they were initially too sticky to form into biscuits. Dropped them on the pan and smashed with a cup and some parchment paper instead of rolling out.

Picante Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
So juicy and flavorful! I probably used more salsa than recommended, but it was worth it.

Easy Key Lime Pie I

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2010
This pie was delicious! However, I tasted it alongside another key lime pie and liked the other one better because it was creamier and less tart.

Simple Scones

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2010
I added some lemon zest and lemon extract for a bit of extra flavor, but I'm sure they would have come out just as tasty without the lemon!

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2010
Delicious! I sold these at a garage sale and had to keep them in a cooler so they wouldn't melt, but they're even better chilled!

Healthy Turkey Loaf

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2009
Wonderful! Not only is it a healthier alternative to beef meatloaf, it has lots of flavor too, especially with the brown sugar and ketchup sauce that we topped it off with, and my family loved it! The praises rang all throughout the meal.

Delicious! They are extremely peanut-buttery and rich, but that's just how I like 'em.

Pancake Stack with Syrup

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2009
Didn't make the syrup, but the pancakes themselves were amazing! I read some reviews and made a few changes, but even without the changes they were delicious! I use this recipe every time I make pancakes.

Creamy Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2009
I mixed one package of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix in with the Cream of Chicken, which added some extra flavor. The chicken itself came out so moist and juicy! And it's so easy. I'll definitely be making this when I go back to school this fall.

Easy Biscuit Mixture

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
Mmm... I never tried the biscuits by themselves, but I cut down the recipe to 3 biscuits, added a 1/2 cup of milk, and made brown sugar biscuits instead. I rolled out the dough into about a 7x5 inch rectangle, coated the top with melted butter and sprinkled on brown sugar and raisins. Then I rolled starting at the 7 inch side, cut every into inch-wide rolls and cooked it in the oven at 415F for 11 minutes. Made about 5 of various sizes, and they came out crispy on the outside and nice soft inside. I have a hard time limiting myself to eating only two.

Buttermilk Chocolate Cake with Fudge Icing

Reviewed: May 28, 2007
I didn't bake the cake but just used the icing on my own 13x9 chocolate cake. It was amazing! I wasn't able to get it over the entire cake because it set so quickly, but I'm a slow icer so that's not a surprise.
