Easy Lemon Bars
This was a very quick and easy recipe. I like more of a tart flavor then a sweet flavor so I added 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the cake mixture (as suggested) and 2 1/2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture. I kept the sugar amount the same and added some lemon zest. Baked for about 18 minutes after adding the cream cheese mixture on top. The bars were easy to cut and came out of the pan with no problems. They are more of a cream cheese bar but still very yummy and a great alternative for my daughter who is allergic to eggs. Easy to substitute 1 egg then the several that are in a normal lemon bar recipe. Great recipe, will make again.

Baked French Fries I
We really enjoyed this recipe! My 8yr old son, who can be very picky said these were the best french fries he has ever had! I did follow the suggestion of another reviewer and used parchment paper, they turned out crispy. I also sprinkled some parmesean cheese on the fries towards the end. I'm trying to stay away from fast food fries and these hit the spot. Great recipe!

Golden Rum Cake
This recipe is soooo EASY and the taste is out of this world!!! It's great warmed up and served with vanilla ice cream and tastes just as good alone with a cup of coffee or big glass of milk. My husband loved this recipe and couldnt keep out of the cake. I poured half the glaze back into the bundt pan and then reinserted the cake and poured the rest on, as suggested, it worked great. The cake looks and tastes great and is easy to make, can't ask for more then that!!! Thanks!
