Pork Tenderloin with Gravy

Too salty to eat! I would suggest the following: Omit the soy sauce, or only add a dash. Replace the vinegar with a splash of red wine. Probably still not even worth the effort though.

Peppermint Pie

Too sickly sweet to enjoy. Probably would be great with just softened peppermint ice cream molded into the crust and re-frozen. Will NOT make again!
