These were great. Cooked them on the gas grill, stuck a little to the grates but not too much. Would def make again!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Really, really good. I made it with a cauliflower/broccoli mixture. Me, my husband and my 11 year old son loved the way this turned out. Will be on a constant rotation in our house.

Very good! I grilled my fresh homegrown eggplant on the grill. I sliced, salted and let the eggplant release some of its moisture prior to cooking. Thanks for sharing!

Pork Roast with Thyme

Cooked as instructed with a 3 1/2 lb bone-in pork roast. I also added some cut potatoes after about 1 hour cooking time to the pan with a small amount of butter. It was perfect and my kids loved it!

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2009
Easy and impressive! Made for Christmas brunch and everyone loved them. The asparagus was on the larger side so I blanched them first to help soften them up a bit.

BBQ Chicken Calzones

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
Tried this recipe out because I had frozen dough in the freezer and a lot of left over chicken from a roaster I made the night before. The only change I made was that I used cheddar cheese. It was perfect, and my 7 year old loved it. Thanks, I will add this one to the rotation!

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2008
Really great recipe! My family of five (includes 3 young kids) loved it! I followed the recipe but to cut down on calories/fat I used whole wheat noodles, fat free mozzarella, and low fat cream cheese. I may try adding some spinach next time, but even without it was great! This will become a "keeper" for us! Thanks for sharing!

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2008
Very, very good. I marinated the pork overnight and the next day realized I was not going to be home to cook them, so I put them in the freezer. A couple days later I thawed them out and grilled them. They were great. My three little boys even enjoyed them. Thanks for sharing! I will def be making these again!

Tofu Parmigiana

I have tried this recipe two times now and there are never any leftovers! I follow the recipe but to cut down on the fat/calories I first dip the soy in egg substitute and then bake the soy rather than pan fry. Thanks for sharing!

Michelle's Blonde Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2008
A good, healthy recipe. It was a little mild so I had to add some extra hot sauce to my serving. I did rinse the beans and added extra chicken broth to make up for the loss. I also added some fresh minced garlic. Thanks for sharing!
