We've been eating a lot of paninis lately, and I thought that I needed to buy a panini maker or at least a grill press. Then I had this idea one Saturday afternoon. It worked perfectly! I placed a piece of aluminum foil on top of the sandwich and placed my heaviest stock pot on that. I applied a little bit of pressure, and voila, a perfect panini!
