Thirty Minute Cocoa Cake With Quick Cocoa Frosting

This is a wonderful, moist, chocolate cake. It is definitely fast and easy to make. No creaming the butter and sugar together, and no greasing the pan! What else can one ask for?

Chicken In Basil Cream

Really good chicken and so easy! I used fire-roasted red peppers instead of pimentos. The basil and pepper combination is so good.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

I admit, I was skeptical. I didn't really think it would be good, but it was! I did make one slight change. I used dried onion soup mix because that was all I had on hand. Great recipe!

Tiny Chicken Turnovers

I made these for some friends of mine and they loved them. I made one small change to the pastry dough (I used about 2/3 cup of butter instead of 1) and they still turned out yummy!

Creamy Chicken Asparagus Casserole

Creamy Italian White Bean Soup

Yummy! I have made this soup twice, once with linguisa and once with chicken Italian sausage. Also, I had to make it with only one can of white kidney beans and one can of regular white beans (the store ran out of the white kidney beans). Both versions were wonderful. I also think that it would be good without the sausage.

Lemon Pasta Sauce

I made a few minor changes to this recipe, but all-in-all it was excellent. I used chicken broth, and doubled the lemon zest in place of the lime zest (I didn't have a lime). We had it over pasta with chickn, and red and yellow peppers. It was very good!

Macaroon Cookie Bars

These cookies were really easy to make. The cake mix makes a nice crust. I found them delicious, and I couldn't stop eating them. My husband found them a bit too sweet for his taste, but that was okay - more for me!

Skillet Chops with Mushroom Gravy

Chocolate Babka

Feta Cheese Foldovers

I have made these several times for company and holidays. Everyone loves them. They give the illusion that they are difficult to make but in actuality are very simple. Also, it is great that you can make them ahead and bake them right before guests arrive or even while guests are there.
