After a lot of searching all over for something "special" to make this weekend, I came across the a recipe here on AR for Blueberry Stratta.  I changed it up some and omitted the blueberry sauce.  Made it a little richer and more of a comfort food by adding heavy cream and crystallized sugar.… MORE

Watched this episode about healthy lo cal breakfasts on the Food Network while getting dressed. I want to remember these recipes and include them in my rotations.
