I was intrigued by this particular baked Buffalo Chicken Recipe for 3 reasons. First, the chicken didn't splatter all over my oven. Second, the recipe calls for partially frying in a small amount of oil. Then, finish baking the chicken in the oven.  Third, the name Crispy Buffalo Chicken caught MORE

I recently was accepted into the Allrecipes Allstar Program and one of our first assignments is to make and create recipes using Al Fresco products.  I'm far from a new user of Al Fresco.  I have a few recipes on my blog such as Spaghetti with Sausage and Simple Tomato Sauce, Mango Chipotle… MORE

I become easily bored with the same foods, so that is why you may have noticed that I am always trying new recipes. Lately, I've been on a quest to find new breakfast recipes - smoothies, oatmeal, grits, french toast. Whatever I can find. One night I was doing a search for cottage cheese,… MORE

Mistake #1 - Disregarded Information About ten years ago I was handed a pamphlet on Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) by my mother-in-law who is a registered nurse. I read through it and had some thoughts on the matter but in the end I paid the information no mind. This was mistake number… MORE

I began this week with a new resolve to try and lose more than just a pound. It seems I don't lose much per week now that I'm not walking my 4 miles a day. I look so forward to being able to do that again. I worked at eating no more than my allotted points per day and I did not eat anything… MORE

I've always been just a little bit different. I'm not one to follow conventional wisdom and I tend to stand out in a crowd. Hey if you're a woman built like an NFL linebacker, you'd stand out in a crowd too. I'm no Rhodes Scholar and always thought that if I can figure something out, anyone… MORE

Got a little more than a handful of dusty cereal down at the bottom of an old cereal box that is clogging up your pantry shelf ? Have no fear, The Garbage Disposal will finish it for you. Two end pieces of bread that are sure to turn moldy before the kids will ever eat them in a twisted up bag… MORE
