Thank goodness this year decided to install drip irrigation. I had a feeling it was going to be hot but it also hasn't rained much at all. We're in a flash drought. Grocery shopping is one of my least favorite things to do in the world, next to laundry but that is another story for another day.  Most of my past grocery shopping experiences have resulted in two cranky boys and one very cranky Mom. There is the constant nagging of I want this and why can't… MORE

Today was a better day then its been in awhile. I had the same pressure in my nose that I normally do and continue to achy/ light headed. But, since I have back started taking the oil of oregano and doing the saline flushes with distilled water, I do find the symptoms have subsided quite a… MORE

Breakfast is the one meal so many people skip. When you're trying to lose weight, it is imperative that you eat breakfast to get your metabolism going and to avoid overeating later on.  Studies also indicate that breakfast gets your brain going and you are more productive. I have found quite… MORE

When we moved to the PNW three years ago, I was of the mindset my allergies would clear. We were leaving behind the smog, heat and Santa Ana winds of Southern California. My allergies did not leave me- they changed. For the worse.  During spring, my sinus passages ache and feeling dizzy is a… MORE
