Cornish game hens are just the right size to make individual servings for your dinner guests, and they are so easy to prepare. In this video, you’ll get a simple but sensational recipe for roasted Cornish hens glazed with cranberry sauce. Canned cranberry sauce whisked with wine and lemon juice makes a sweet/tart glaze as well as a sauce to serve on the side, and springs of fresh rosemary add herby, earthy flavor. Perfect for holidays and other special occasions, but without the fuss of cooking large roasts.

For those of you, like me, who want the actual recipe. I wrote it out below. Combine 1 can jellied cranberry sauce ½ cup dry white wine Tablespoon lemon juice Cook medium heat, stir constantly until it is smooth and cranberry the sauce melts Rinse hens in cold water, pat dry Put salt and pepper, rosemary sprigs into body cavities Close cavities, secure with toothpicks Place hens breast side up in a lightly greased shallow baking pan Brush hens with cranberry mixture, get it everywhere Season with salt/pepper Bake 350 degrees, 45 min While baking, baste frequently with cranberry sauce Serve hens drizzled with an extra bit of sauce

I would love the recipe also, guess I don't want the computer setting in the kitchen while I fix Christmas dinner.

It does look good but I can't memorize the recipe or keep it next to the oven. How irritating!
