2 (6.5 ounce) cans minced clams, with juice 1 pound cream cheese 6-8 strips bacon 1/2 tablespoon butter 1 jalapeno, seeded, minced 1/2 cup small diced red bell pepper 1/3 cup small diced celery 2 cloves minced garlic 1/4 cup minced green onions, save tops for garnish 1/2 lemon hot sauce to taste freshly ground black pepper to taste
