Just took my favorite banana break recipe, used the pumpkin pure instead of the bananas, doubled the recipe and made 4 loaves!! It came out just fabulous!

I hope I can find this in a written format. It looks good, but I was so distracted by his use of the word punkin, that I kept losing track of the steps and ingredients. I'm so easily distracted in my tiny mind.

Easy, nicely demonstrated, fun to make! But let's not downplay the impact of language--saying "punkin" isn't credited to regional differences and it has NOTHING to do with grammar. Its similar to "Valentimes", "axed', 'often'.... wrong, wrong, wrong all the time. Causes listeners to listen for the error instead of listening to the speaker, and most immediately think less of the speaker. Thanks so much to Chef for sharing his talents, as always!

looking forward to trying this recipe. easier than the one I use now. And by the way, didn't even notice chef using the word "punkin" as some have rudely pointed out. Maybe it's because I'm from New Yawk & we tawk like that all the time!!!
