Thank you for a great video! I have been making pies for over 40 yrs. I use an old "Shaker" recipe for my crust but I have never seen it mentioned anywhere else! Instead of water, I add whole milk to moisten my dry ingredients. I try to handle the dough as little as possible and I roll it out between two peices of waxed paper. My crusts are always flaky and never fail...since I got this recipe.
