Cooked this today - Love it!!! Except I made a lot of the mixture: garlic, parsley, olive oil, and hot sauce. After searing chicken with the mixture in the pan, I put the extra mixture all over the chicken breast... then put it in the oven with the pan covered. ---Love it my family is raving about this dish that took less than 15 minutes to prepare... the oven did all the other work. Thanks!!!

I really wish allrecipes.com would post recipes on the same page with their videos. It's a pain to go searching for the recipe, and they can't all be found. Here's what I get from this video.. 3 cloves garlic 1/4 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped 3 TBSP EVOO 1/2 TBSP hot sauce salt & pepper to taste 1 chicken breast Combine first 5 ingredients in shallow bowl or zip-lock bag. Place chicken breast in marinade, turn to coat and marinade for 30 minutes. Preheat oven safe skillet on stove top and add 1 to 2 TBSP EVOO. Add chicken breast and brown for two to three minutes on each side. Cover pan and place in oven preheated to 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle. May be a bit too much hot sauce, but that's what it looked like to me. Will give this a try tonight.

Love simple recipes like this, especially for chicken breasts. I'm the cook in the family and need as many quick and tasty options for the work week. I would like it more if AllRecipes included a written version. My AllRecipe Box is my tickler file for making my menu for the week.
