We make these for a quick snack while watching movies or for an easy kid pleaser. They are not the most fancy nachos, but they taste great.

Best Football Dip Ever

Submitted by: DICE40OUNCE
This dip is made for 3 to 6 men, sitting together on a Sunday, enjoying football and eating every manly thing possible. Of course, my girlfriend and her friends love it too -- but this stuff doesn't last long. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!

Nothing tickles appetites quicker than these spicy tidbits. It's like eating chili in a muffin. I like assembling and freezing them ahead of time to beat the Christmas rush in my kitchen.

This is a seriously cheesy and beefy bean dip! Grab a bag of your favorite tortilla chips and start dipping. Every time I make this recipe everyone waits to see who will take home the leftovers. It is even better the second day.

Fantastic Mexican Dip

This recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law and always goes fast! Cream cheese at the base of the dip makes it extra thick and scoopable. Seasoned beef and vegetables make it extra filling and tasty! You may want to prepare two batches. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.

Grey Cup Nachos

This is a recipe from my early days of cooking. The first time I made these was for the Grey Cup (Canadian Football Championship) of 1992 and they've been yummy ever since. Enjoy.

Italian Nachos Restaurant-Style

Italian sausage, pepperoni, banana peppers, mozzarella, and pizza sauce make for great nachos.

Jalapeno Cucarachas

Submitted by: Richard Henzel
Spicy appetizers made from stuffed jalapeno or habanero peppers. Believe it or not, if cooked thoroughly, and if you remove the seeds, a person can even eat a whole habanero fixed this way. You might hop around a bit, but you'll survive, and the capsaicin rush is incredible!

Junk Dip

I'm not sure why it's called lasagna, but it is very good. A beef and refried bean mixture is buried in melted cheeses. Try serving it for a New Years or Superbowl party.
