Chinese Peppered Green Beans

Bright, crisp and spicy with crushed green peppercorns, fresh red chile pepper and garlic, these green beans will add lots of flavor and color to your meal. If you can't find Chinese yardlong or 'snake' beans, then regular green beans will do just fine.

These are the best tasting egg rolls you'll ever have. They're even better than the one's served at the Asian restaurants. My family just loves them. What's even better is that you can use a variety of different meats -- ground beef, pork steak, seasoned ground pork sausage, precooked shrimp -- or prepare them without meat for the vegetarians.

An authentic rendition of a sublime Asian dish. Chicken first steeps in soy, lemon, ginger and rice wine marinade, then is stir-fried with mushrooms and green pepper in sesame oil. Toasted sesame seeds add the final touch.
