Indiana-Style Corn Dogs

Submitted by: Sally Denney
Among the best parts of the many fairs and festivals in Indiana are the corn dogs served there! My family loves corn dogs, so I fix them fairly often at home.

Hoosier Chili

Submitted by: Jeanne Boberg
This chili is a little sweeter than other recipes I've tasted, but I like it that way. It reminds me of the chili my mom used to make.

Indiana Potato Salad

Reuben Sandwich II

Submitted by: Colette Gerow
These sandwiches are really delicious and easy to make. They are one of my family's fix it quick favorites. I like to serve them with big bowls of steaming vegetable soup and dill pickles, on the side.

Sugar Cream Pie I

Submitted by: C. Banes
Lots of half-and-half and sugar make this dreamy pie live up to its name. They 're cooked together with butter and vanilla, until thick and very creamy. The filling is then poured into a pre-baked crust, drizzled with melted butter, sprinkled with cinnamon and slipped under the broiler.

Justin's Hoosier Daddy Chili

Submitted by: BOOMAN101
This is a wonderful chili recipe that I have used to win chili cook-offs in Indiana. It's hearty and spicy award winning chili that is sure to hit the spot on a cold winter's night. The key is in using name brand tomato soup, I have tried it with others but haven't gotten the same results. Your friends will never guess the secret ingredient. Enjoy!
