Made with buttery Yukon Gold potatoes, Cheddar cheese, and ham, these scalloped potatoes are rich, creamy, and deceptively simple! This is an easy make-ahead recipe for a potluck or holiday meal.

Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes

This is one of my mom's recipes, except she used raw potatoes. I made it faster to prepare by using frozen hash browns, and it tastes every bit as good. Whenever I eat these potatoes, I always remember the pleasure of eating Mom's cooking.

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

Submitted by: KarlaLV
If you love cheese and love potatoes you'll adore this delicious recipe! You can use any three cheeses you like, but I find using a sharp cheddar, freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese, and thin sliced provolone (because it melts very well) are the best! Takes time to cook, but the result is so yummy and the smell is intoxicating!

Scalloped Potatoes II

A whole quart of milk and a bit of flour and butter combine with lots of potatoes to make this version of scalloped potatoes. What you taste is pure, unadulterated potato. It 's lovely.
