Our whole family loves foods spiced with picante sauce, so I developed this recipe! This dish is very quick and easy to make, and it also reheats well. Sometimes I add cooked, sliced potatoes to the stew for a little variety, too.

This is a good, standard chili, with lots of ground beef, tomatoes, kidney and pinto beans, and onions. It needs to simmer for 90 minutes on the stove, or can be made in a slow cooker and left to simmer all day.

Enough chili for a big party! The secret ingredient for this recipe is a 12 oz. bottle of beer. Serve with grated cheddar or jalapeno jack, sour cream, salsa, and chopped onion.

I received this recipe from my sister-in-law's friend and she is from Poland. It has fresh chilies and tomatoes, along with beef and polish sausage. This is a really good, different chili recipe.
