The Captain's Famous Jambalaya

This jambalaya may have been a few places since the bayou, but it's a thick, rich dish that everyone will love! I've experimented with many types of seafood in this recipe, and the flavor and consistency of snapper works the best. Serve with French bread and hot red pepper sauce!

No need to slave over the stove to prepare a delicious jambalaya! Toss the chicken, sausage, shrimp, vegetables, and seasonings in the slow cooker, and forget about it until dinner time. All you need to do is prepare the rice and serve it up. 

Easy Cajun Jambalaya

Chicken breast and kielbasa are sauteed with green pepper, onion celery and garlic, then stewed with chicken stock and rice. This version is lightly spiced, in response to those a little more sensitive to pepper. 

Oven Baked Jambalaya

A sixteen-serving batch of Creole classic! Chicken, ham, shrimp, and andouille sausage are combined with onion celery, green pepper and garlic. Tomatoes, chicken stock and rice are stirred in, and the whole thing is baked in a large roasting pan.
