Baked Buffalo Wings

These easy to make hot wings are crispy without being fried. Always yummy to snack on. They only take 10 minutes for prep, but need to be refrigerated for about an hour so the flour coating is firm. You can add more cayenne or use a higher hot sauce to butter ratio if you like them spicier! Enjoy.

Cucumber-Mango Salsa

This is a salsa my friend from Trinidad taught me when I was in the navy. We serve this at all Super Bowl parties and picnics in our family! Delish!

Niki's Famous Crawfish Dip

Submitted by: Niki Falcone
Being from New Orleans, and being a true 'Cajun cook' I create a lot of my own recipes simply by experimenting. This dip recipe came to me when I decided that adding crab boil to almost anything will make it taste incredible. Everyone that tastes it agrees! It's best when prepared a day ahead of time and reheated. Serve with chicken flavored crackers.

Sticky Chicken

Submitted by: chantalnamibia
My absolute favorite chicken recipe since childhood. Sticky, savory, sweet... and absolutely delicious. This is a calorie-fest however, so be certain to offset all that sinful goodness with a crisp salad! Feel free to change or add ingredients as you go along! We don't usually bother with measurements!

Starkey's Mashed Potato Pizza

Mashed potato pizza is a pizza using mashed potatoes instead of sauce. I modeled it after a pizza I had at Willoughby Brewing Company, if you like this one, try the original! You can use any toppings you like on your baked potatoes, this is how I like it. Bon Appetite!

A spicy Texas style chili: no beans, tomatoes or ground beef. Great on a cold winter day and goes especially well with Golden Sweet Cornbread (which can also be found on Allrecipes). If you don't want to use beer in the chili, simply replace it with the same amount of water.

Miss the tarheel tradition of a pig pickin'? Then find yourself a crock pot, a big pork shoulder, some cider vinegar and get cooking! While ground and crushed red pepper will provide the basic heat - go the extra mile and find some Texas Pete (or Trappey's) pepper sauce to bring the taste of Carolina to your kitchen.

Shrimp in the shells is baked while submerged in a spicy seasoned butter. It isn't exactly healthy, but it is fabulous. It is a common dish in Louisiana. This recipe feeds a lot of people. You can cut it in half for a family dinner.

Shay's Irish Chili

Submitted by: Meegs
Home Town: Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
This is a wonderful dish for cold winter days that really fills you up! My mother used to make this for my family and it quickly became a favorite. This isn't your normal 'hot' chili and it's a great change of pace. It's best when served with buttered saltine crackers. This chili also freezes well.
