This is a very light almond gelatin that chills and sets up beautifully. Chill in a large pan so that it can be cut into squares and tumbled into serving dishes and topped with fresh fruit.

Slice the tops off of these chocolate buns, hide a dollop of cherry jam inside and finish with sweet butter cream. Cut up and arrange the tops to look like butterfly wings, and you have a treat your children will be clamoring for.

These showstoppers are great at parties. For added effect, mix in coconut (tapeworms) ramen noodles (roundworms), or peanuts. You can also coat the scoop with melted chocolate for a startling effect.

A realistic shocker of a cookie. These look like cat poop and are served in a tidy litter box setting. Mix and match the additions of chocolate or butterscotch chips, ramen noodles (roundworms), coconut (tapeworms), corn or peanuts depending on what effects you want to achieve.

This dip recipe was given to me by a co-worker some 15 or more years ago. She made it for potlucks at work, and it was always gone from the nurse's station before the rest of the food was put out! It's a simple mixture of beef and cheese, but it should always be made a day in advance to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with your favorite corn chips.
