Four Seasons Chicken Curry

A hot, sweet, sour and fragrant explosion of taste on a plate. The longer you leave to infuse the tastier it gets! You wont serve a better curry. Serve with rice or naan bread. Don't worry about the other whole spices, as the cooking will soften them. Enjoy as your tongue hits all the different combination of flavors.

A definite different twist on an old classic. This prime rib will really spice things up! Use the pan drippings for au-jus or make some delicious Yorkshire Pudding. Whip up a batch of fresh horseradish sauce and serve this prime rib with garlic asparagus or a fluffy baked potato. Please note the total time includes 1 hour for marinating.

Cholay (Curried Chickpeas)

This is a very flavourful recipe from North India, usually eaten with fried bread like bhatura or puri. I like to serve it over rice for a very filling meal. You can also try it as a quick snack over toasted bread. This recipe is much quicker to make if you use precooked canned beans, but I like to think that the authentic flavour comes from doing it the hard way!
