This recipe closely approximates a recipe introduced by an Italian woman. She has since passed away and taken her recipes with her, as she had nothing written down. It combines thin strips of chicken breast in a lemon butter sauce with bacon, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and capers; served over bowtie pasta. 

A blend of olive and sesame oil, hot sauce and chile sauce make this is an amazing spicy grilled shrimp recipe.

I had to cajole this recipe out of Chef Jarvil Aluban. It was worth it! No one can resist this wacky medley of potatoes, sausage, cheese and mushrooms. 

This old fashioned peppermint cookie uses baker's ammonia for the leavening. Baker's ammonia can be purchased at pharmacies and drugstores. 

Slices of grilled chicken are tossed with lettuce and Southwest-style ingredients, then served with a creamy barbeque sauce dressing.
