A delicious and easy to prepare marinade consisting of ingredients that can be easily found at a Chinese grocery store, including hoisin sauce, black bean sauce, and fresh ginger. Don't let the ingredients fool you, this is a meal that even the less adventurous will enjoy.

I learned this dish while in France - I use rice that comes prepackaged with the spices, but you can use plain rice and saffron to do the trick. I also sometimes throw shrimp in at the last minute.
