Best Football Dip Ever

Submitted by: DICE40OUNCE
This dip is made for 3 to 6 men, sitting together on a Sunday, enjoying football and eating every manly thing possible. Of course, my girlfriend and her friends love it too -- but this stuff doesn't last long. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!

This is a seriously cheesy and beefy bean dip! Grab a bag of your favorite tortilla chips and start dipping. Every time I make this recipe everyone waits to see who will take home the leftovers. It is even better the second day.

This dip recipe was given to me by a co-worker some 15 or more years ago. She made it for potlucks at work, and it was always gone from the nurse's station before the rest of the food was put out! It's a simple mixture of beef and cheese, but it should always be made a day in advance to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with your favorite corn chips.

I'm not sure why it's called lasagna, but it is very good. A beef and refried bean mixture is buried in melted cheeses. Try serving it for a New Years or Superbowl party.

This has been a big hit for many years as an appetizer, or just for a snack. It is always nice to have when friends drop by, and it freezes very well. If you enjoy nuts, roll the cheese ball in about a half cup of chopped pecans. Serve with crackers. Refrigerate overnight for the best flavor.

Bologna Salad Sandwich Spread I

A girlfriend's mom made this spread years ago for our Teen Club Luncheon back in Iowa in the 50's. I asked her to tell my Mom how to make it. I made the recipe for my kids while they were growing up & they still love it. Sweet relish and eggs round out the flavor of bologna in this simple but delicious spread. Serve it on cocktail toast, or use it in sandwiches. The amount of egg, creamy salad dressing and relish should be adjusted to taste.
