This is the easiest meal you'll ever make. Being a mom of 8 and working I wanted to find something I can make for dinner with no effort. Start your roast in the morning before going to work it will be done when you get home. You don't even have to defrost the roast. If it is a defrosted roast, put it in around noon, it will be done at 5pm. I've had so many people ask for my recipe, and this is the first time I've let it out of my kitchen. Enjoy.

This recipe is a fly by the seat of your pants creation. I researched several BBQ recipes online and in my cookbooks and combined bits and pieces of different things I liked about them. The result was a wonderful and tangy loose BBQ for sandwiches that is very easy to make and takes little hands on time. My in-laws who are in their 70s both said it was the best BBQ they had ever had. It was awesome!

There's just something about soy sauce and lemon juice that makes flank steak become moist and flavorful. The longer you marinate the meat, the more tender it gets. Grill and slice on the diagonal, and you have a great meal.

This is a simple recipe for Texas chili I learned from my mother. I like my chili with a little fire to it but you can adjust this recipe to your liking.

Beef is marinated with rice wine, garlic, and chili paste then grilled over coals for this Korean finger food! It's great for entertaining (easy to marinate in advance, and cook on the grill) and the sauce is fabulous!

This is a Somali recipe. I learned it by watching my Somali friends around Ramadan and I was able to make my own variation. They are really good and I can't stop eating them. They are served during Ramadan, Weddings, Parties, or just because. A seasoned ground beef mixture is wrapped in a cone shaped package and deep fried. For a variation you can substitute shredded beef for ground beef.

This is a recipe from my Husband's grandmother. Even people that aren't crazy about sauerkraut have raved about them. For a Rueben twist, serve on a good rye roll with a slice of Swiss.
